Thrive Digital provides digital marketing and related professional services, which are customized, time-bound, and resource-intensive. Once a service is initiated, it is considered in progress or delivered.

2. Cancellations

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels.

• Cancellations requested before the service commencement may be eligible for review.

• Once work has started (including onboarding, strategy creation, account setup, or execution), cancellation will not be permitted.

3. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued for services that have already commenced, whether partially or fully.

• Payments made for consultations, onboarding, setup, or strategy planning are non-refundable.

• For monthly or retainer-based services, refunds will not be provided once the billing cycle has started.

• For product-based services, refunds will not be provided once the product has been delivered.

4. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made through payment gateway

• Incorrect amount charged due to a technical or billing error

• Service not initiated due to reasons solely attributable to Thrive Digital

All refund requests are subject to internal verification and approval.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed through payment gateway only, to the original payment method.

• Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the bank or payment method.

• Any payment gateway or bank processing fees are non-refundable.

6. Digital Products

• All digital products (including templates, guides, courses, or downloadable resources) are non-refundable once access is provided.

7. Dispute Resolution

If a payment-related dispute is raised via Payment Gateway, Thrive Digital reserves the right to share relevant service details, communication, and delivery records to resolve the dispute.

8. Policy Updates

Thrive Digital reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the website.
